Crumbs from the Table of Joy (Live)

This online reading reunited the cast from Martha’s Vineyard Playhouse’s 2016 production of the poignant memory play by two-time Pulitzer Prize winner Lynn Nottage. Presented as a fundraiser, the reading offered moving performances that brought attention to social justice, showcasing the play's themes of racial and self- identity in a changing world.  Proceeds from the event benefited the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, in support of the George Floyd protests.
